Debating Managers Out Monday

Candidates for the position of manager of the University debating team will report at Harvard 6 next Monday evening at 7 o'clock, when the work of the competition will be outlined. No previous experience is necessary.

The first trials for the University debating team will be held next Monday evening in Harvard 5 and 6. All undergraduates are eligible to compete and candidates should be prepared to speak for five minutes on either side of this question: "Resolved, That the United States should adopt a system of compulsory military service modelled after that of Switzerland." The second trials will be held on Wednesday. The final trials will come on Saturday, February 26.
