THE CRIMSON COMPETITIONS.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The CRIMSON competitions which begin tonight offer opportunities to men in three departments. Sophomores may obtain a business experience equal to any to be had in College by competing for the business staff. Freshmen and Sophomores have open to them a competition in news gathering which will lead them into corners of the University and give them an insight into its varied life which would otherwise be closed to them. And Juniors will have an opportunity to practice a form of composition and to crystallize their ideas on many subjects of University interest. These competitions have the reputation of being at once the hardest and fairest in the University. The CRIMSON is proud of this reputation, and will strive to maintain it in those beginning tonight.
