Fifteen prominent educators and business men, including Dean E. F. Gay, of the Graduate School of Business Administration, have been appointed by United States Commissioner of Education Claxton as a committee to investigate and report on the means for establishing in schools and college courses of study best adapted to fit young men for careers in the foreign service of the country.
Dr. Glen Levin Swiggett of the University of Tennessee will act as chairman of the committee, which is expected to carry on its investigation both here and abroad.
