New Haven, Conn., February 9.--Captain Burgess, who has been the mainstay of the hockey team, injured his ankle in the game against Dartmouth so that it is doubtful whether he will be able to play against Harvard on Saturday night. Without him the forward line is noticeably weak. The defence, however, is strong. Murray at point carries the puck well, and York, at goal, has played a consistently spectacular game throughout the season. The Yale seven had no practice today.
