Dr. Helio Lobo, secretary to Dr. Wenceslau Braz, president of Brazil, has sailed from Rio de Janeiro and upon his arrival in the United States will deliver a series of lectures at the University in connection with History 57 and other courses dealing with South America. Dr. Lobo has had considerable experience in foreign affairs and is an authority on the diplomatic history of Latin America.
