The Seniors and Sophomores will meet in the first interclass debate in Sever 11 tonight at 8 o'clock. The Senior team will be made up of E. L. C. Davidson, H. C. Gill, J. C. McMullin and S. E. Rothchild, alternate, and the Sophomores will be represented by L. Dennis, S. A. Freeman, W. Hettleman and J. T. Noonan, alternate. The subject of debate will be, "Resolved: That the United States should establish a temporary protectorate in Mexico until order and stable government are assured."
This same topic will be debated the following night by the Juniors and Freshmen, whose teams are composed of A. C. Thayer, W. Hosmer, W. L. Prosser and W. S. Murphy, alternate, and A. S. Aronon, H. Berlack, R. P. Berle and R. R. Eisendioth, alternate, respectively.
The Seniors and Juniors in each debate will uphold the affirmative side of the question while the negative will be supported by the Sophomores and Freshmen.
