Cosmopolitan Club to Hold Meeting For Discussion Friday Night.

The Cosmopolitan Club will hold a meeting in the club rooms in Holyoke House, Friday evening at 8 o'clock. This meeting is one of the weekly gatherings which the club holds to promote interest in current events and to enable the members to hear the opinions of certain men who are authorities on the subjects they discuss.

President Eliot will speak on "What Good for Humanity May Come Out of the War." Since the beginning of the present conflict, he has been writing many articles dealing with it different phases, and has put considerable time in studying the conditions after other were and applying his knowledge to the consideration of the probable conditions after the present conflict.

After his address, the subject will be thrown open to general discussion. The meeting is open to members of the club and their friends.
