Between the halves of the Princeton game a collection, authorized by the Harvard Surgical Unit, will be taken up by the ushers. The fourth contingent of the Surgical Unit, under Herbert H. White '93 will leave for Europe on November 18. Already the University has supplied over 100 surgeons, doctors and dentists for this work, and the size of the hospital has been increased, accommodations having been made for 1,350 additional beds.
Most of the funds for the support of the undertaking are supplied by friends and graduates of the University. The expenses are very great, and so an appeal will be made to the large crowd witnessing the game Saturday.
