Livingston Cushing '79, of Boston, a prominent member of the Massachusetts bar, dropped dead while hurrying to catch to car before the game at New Haven Saturday. He was born in Boston 60 years ago. After studying abroad for a time, Mr. Cushing entered the University in 1876 and graduated with the degree of A. B. He graduated from the Harvard Law School in 1882. The following year he was admitted to the bar and since that time he has practiced in Boston. During the four years of his college course at the University he played on the University football team.
