The subject for debate is as follows: "Resolved. That the United States Should Establish a Temporary Protectorate in Mexico Until Order and Stable Government is a Possibility." Five-minute speeches are to be prepared.
The Freshmen and Seniors will debate on November 16, while the Juniors and Sophomores trials will take place the next day.
