For one long hour the gridiron warriors of Harvard and Princeton fought a battle royal on Saturday afternoon. The unexpected strength of Princeton's of fence appeared in the very first plays and convinced the Crimson supporters that the supposed superiority of Harvard was too slight to assure victory. After a first half to nervous excitement, out team showed the results of Haughton's coaching and gained victory by outwitting as well as outrushing their opponents.
