The first forum this year will be held in the Union on Tuesday evening, October 31, at 8 o'clock. The subject of the discussion will be: "Resolved: That Woodrow Wilson Should be Re-Elected as President of the United States." The discussion will be open to all members of the Union, the Speakers' Club and the Debating Council, as well as to the members of the Republican and Democratic clubs. This forum will take the place of the proposed joint debate between these political organizations, but the discussion will not be conducted as a debate, nor will anyone desirous of speaking be debarred from that privilege. Judge A. P. Stone '93 will preside.
