A change in the program of the meeting of the International Polity Club for Friday evening has been found necessary because of the inability of President Lowell to address the club. Professor Emily Balch of Wellesley will also not speak until a meeting in the latter part of November.
Professor Hugo Muensterberg, however, will make an address on "The Outlook for Peace in Europe." The meeting will be held in Peabody Hall, Phillips Brooks House, and will begin promptly at 8 o'clock. All members of the University who are interested in the question involved in world organization are invited to attend.
