HANDICAP ENTRIES DUE TONIGHT

University and Freshman Cross-Country To Compete in Two-Mile.

Entries for the fall handicap track meet to be held in the Stadium Friday close tonight at 8 o'clock and all men intending to enter should sign up in the blue-books for their respective events before that time. Blue-books are placed in the Union the Freshman dormitories, Leavitt and Peirce's, and the Locker Building. Notice of opportunities to take strength tests will be sent all entrants before Friday. Members of the University and Freshman cross-country teams will take part in the two-mile run.

Yesterday afternoon the Freshman cross-country squad ran over the Cemetery course and finished in the following order: first, B. J. Lewis; second, P. C. Frances; third, R. A. Perry; fourth, A. N. Nolan; fifth, D. H. Worral; sixth, L. B. S. Sanderson, Jr.; seventh, P. B. Skenge; eighth, W. C. Holbrook. The first dual race with Providence Technology will be held next Saturday at 2 o'clock.
