A course in Military Science and Tacties has been inaugurated at Pennsylvania, and some time before November 1 undergraduates from all departments to the University, who have volunteered will gather on the campus for their first drill. A course of lectures will be given by Major Kelley, who has been defeated by the War Department as professor of the new course. It will be similar to the one now being given in the University to train officers for the reserve corps.
