W. Rand 1G won the top bracket of the semi-finals yesterday in the annual fall singles tennis tournament by defeating J. V. Austin '18, 6-1, 6-2, 6-1. The other semi-final match will be played today, and the finals on Friday. More doubles matches will also be played on Jarvis Field today. Any contestant not showing up within five minutes after the time scheduled for his match will lose by default. Contestants must furnish their own balls.

Singles: H. G. M. Kelleher '18 defeated E. B. Benedict '18. Doubles: T. W. Whitall '17 and J. V. Austin '18 defeated R. K. Kenna '17 and W. Potter '19; W. Chandler 1L and E. A. Niles 1L defeated H. Wentworth '17 and T. S. Blair '18; A. E. Kirke '20 and P. G. Woodward '20 defeated G. H. Smith 1G and N. R. Cutler '19; D. R. Scott 1G and J. R. Moore 2G defeated J. Harper 1G and H. Morgan '17, by default; R. H. Kettell 3SA and E. B. Starbuck 3L defeated G. B. Kayser 3G and A. Alexander 3G; H. R. Guild '17 and C. Jennings 2L defeated S. Ballard '17 and K. P. McDearmott '17.
