The annual meeting of the Intercollegiate Association Football League will be held in Fernald Hall, Columbia University, New York, N. Y., tomorrow afternoon. Representatives from all the colleges and universities in the league will be present to discuss the advisability of making certain changes in the eligibility rules. Also a schedule for next year will be arranged and the All-American team for last season picked.
