Superior aggressiveness gave the No-Names a 3 to 0 victory over the I. O. U.'s on the Charles yesterday afternoon. The latter team was seriously handicapped by the lack of a regular goal-guard. Soucy, Doherty, and Gilman for the I. O. U.'s played a fast game, but were unable to get the puck past Martin, the victors goal-tend. Coy starred for the No-Names, scoring two of the three goals.
As neither the Never-Sweats nor the La Toscas appeared on the ice, both teams have been eliminated from the series. The final games of the first round will be played on the river this afternoon, as follows: Make-Ups vs. Theodore Fords at 2 o'clock; Dark Horses vs. Hard Guys at 3 o'clock.
