Every athletic coach can testify that a little support at a critical moment goes a long way towards winning a contest. Organized cheering in the Arena is probably impossible, but a centre section reserved for Harvard men and their guests would remedy the uninspiring silence which prevailed among University supporters at the Queen's College game Saturday. To those who attended the game it must have been apparent that the feeble and desultory cheering of the Canadian backers did much to stimulate and encourage the visitors. The only applause heard on the Harvard side came from Arena habitues who naturally recognized any clever play.
