CHAPEL WILL OPEN SUNDAY

First Service of Year Under the Rev. Coffin.--Faculty to Conduct Morning Prayers Next Week.

Appleton Chapel will open with morning service at 11 o'clock Sunday morning, the day before the University opens. The first service will be conducted by the Reverend Henry Sloane Coffin, D.D., of the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church, New York City. All are cordially welcomed to this first service, and new students and strangers are especially invited. Coming as it does before the opening of College, the initial session is intended primarily for the latter.

Regular morning prayers will conmence on Monday morning at 8.45 o'clock. This service will be held every week-day throughout the year, always closing in time for 9 o'clock classes. During the first week, the services will be led by the following members of the Faculty:

Monday, Professor Bliss Perry.

Tuesday, President Lowell.

Wednesday, Professor W. E. Hocking.

Thursday, Professor T. N. Carver.

Friday, Professor George Palmer.

Saturday, Professor W. B. Munro.
