Red Top, Conn., June 20, 1915.-Both the University and Yale crews went over the four-mile course yesterday noon, the official times being: Harvard, 21.02; Yale, 21.05. The time trials followed close upon one another so that the conditions were identical. In the afternoon the University crew was given a rest, whereas the second University and Freshman crews went through hard work-outs both morning and afternoon. Both crews are showing consistent improvement.
Today was a day of rest for all hands, the University squad sailing on H. S. Vanderbilt's schooner "Vagrant," and the Freshmen on Larz Anderson's "Roxanna." In the afternoon the men were permitted to take a short swim.
