The College Office has received word that Lawrence Brokenshire '16, of Cambridge, has been killed by the poisonous effects of a gas bomb while fighting in the trenches near Ypres. Brokenshire left for the war last summer with the 12th Canadian regiment, and has been in the thick of the fighting ever since.
