The first rally of the local districts of the Boy Scouts of America will be held in the Stadium this afternoon at 2 o'clock. All tickets are complimentary and may be obtained from any scout, at the scout headquarters, 50 Bromfield street, Boston, or at Phillips Brooks House. No one will be admitted without a ticket and no tickets will be provided at the gate.
The rally will open with a parade and review of all the scouts, of whom there are 2500 in the greater Boston district. Following the parade the events proper will be held, among which will be contests in wall-scaling, fire building, signalling, bridge building, and knot-tieing. There will also be demonstrations of first-aid work, wireless signalling, setting up of temporary encampments and numerous forms of drills. Only the best men from each district will participate in these competitions.
