Reception to Chinese Commissioners

The president of the Chinese Industrial Commission now touring this country, Chen-Hsun Chang, the "Rockfeller of China" was the guest of honor at a reception given for the commissioners by Chinese students of the University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in the Territorial Rooms of the Union last evening. Among the other speakers were Mr. E. A. Filene, of Boston and Mr. E. T. Williams representing the State Department. Previous to the reception the commissioners were given a dinner at the Harvard Club of Boston.
