The University musical clubs will give a concert in the City Hall at Portland, Maine, this evening at 8 o'clock. This is the first time in 22 years that the clubs have performed in the northern state. In the afternoon Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Whitehouse will entertain the clubs at a tea-dance at the Lafayette Hotel.
