Third Godkin Lecture by Dupriez

Professor Leon Dupriez, of the University of Louvain, will give the third of his series of lectures on "La Representation Proportionnelle en Belgique," in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. His special subject will be "La Loi du 29 December, 1899, et son Application." The lectures are given in French and are open to the public. The fourth and last lecture will be given Thursday, May 27.
