The University second baseball team won its first game yesterday by defeating Morris Heights School 2 to 0 in a fast game on Soldiers Field. W. G. Garritt '17, who was in the box for the seconds, allowed the schoolboys only 2 hits, and coupled with the gilt-edged support which was accorded him, the seconds appeared invincible. Both the runs were scored in the sixth inning. Harris received a base on balls, and came all the way round on Safford's two-bagger. The latter scored a minute later on Bernson's single.
