The Red Flag law of 1913 which prohibited the public display of any red flag or banner, and hence kept the crimson banner of the University from public use, was yesterday repealed by the Massachusetts legislature. Governor Walsh affixed his signature to the measure after long consideration, and thereby granted all societies the privilege of carrying a red emblem in any public demonstration.
