MORGAN VS. WILLIAMS FOR TITLE

Defeated Wainwright Yesterday.--Second Team vs. Technology.

In the finals of the University singles championship tournament H. Morgan '17 earned the right of challenging R. N. Williams, 2d, '16, of the University team for the championship of the College by defeating H. Wainwright '15, 6-3, 6-0, 6-1. Morgan was never hard pressed, and displayed excellent form throughout. The challenge match has been postponed until tomorrow on account of the conflict with the second team match.

One match will be played in the doubles tournament this afternoon at 4 o'clock: H. R. Guild '17 and D. Duncan '17 vs. W. W. Weld '16 and J. L. Kimberly '16.

The University second tennis team will play its third match of the season with Technology on Jarvis Field this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. The team will play in the following order: Captain J. Wooldredge '16, A. F. Doty '16, R. Z. Crane '17, F. van S. Hyde '16, H. Francke '15, and H. Morgan '17.
