LACROSSE LEAGUE SEASON OPENS

University Team Lines Up Against Stevens on Soldiers Field.

In the first game, for the University, of the northern division of the league, the lacrosse team will meet Stevens Institute on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The team has thus far split even in its scheduled games, having won two out of four. The men have been lately showing marked improvement in team-play and developing into a well-rounded organization. Stevens also has a powerful team and is expected to present a strong front to the University players. The teams will line up as follows: HARVARD.  STEVENS.
