Members of the classes of 1916, 1917 and 1918 must hand in lists of three full courses to be taken during the next academic year, signed by their Faculty advisers, to the Recorder in University 4, or to the Secretary of the Committee on the choice of electives by 5 o'clock on Saturday. Every Freshman is also required to file a plan of study of his whole college course.
No change can be made in the plan, or the elective courses chosen after May 1, except by the permission of the committee on the choice of electives. Any petition to change a course so chosen must be in the hands of the Secretary on or before Tuesday, September 28, 1915. After that day no courses chosen on the first of May and beginning in the first half year can be changed except for some important reason, such as a change in the pamphlet.
Any student failing to hand in this list will be in serious danger of being placed on probation.
