Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
The last soccer practice of the season was held yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field. The men have been working for the past four weeks under Coach Burgess, who has been in charge for several years. He has done much to convert the better men of the Freshman men into material for the regular soccer team.
The team has lost, however, a good many star players. These are J. C. Jennings '15, captain last fall, B. Nichols '15, a former fixture at goal, J. H. Baker '15 and P. Blackmur '15, speedy forwards, and in the backfield, R. W. Chubb '15, D. Fenn '15, and F. B. Withington '15.
The veterans who will play in 1915-16 are W. W. Weld '16, captain, who has for two years played a brilliant game at left outside forward, D. Moffat '16, a steady halfback, J. M. Jennings '16, a dependable fullback, H. Norris '17, the only man of this class to hold a regular position, and F. G. C. O'Neill, a strong player for centre halfback.
O. G. Daly '17 has been putting up an excellent game at fullback, while R. T. Whistler '16, captain of his Freshman team is a prominent backfield candidate.
A keen competition for the goal position is expected as there are three men of University calibre who will compete. They are S. A. Robinson '16, J. W. Feeney '17 and G. M. Hollister '18, freshman goal.
The list of men who have taken part in the spring practice is as follows: Captain W. W. Weld '16, R. C. Cooke '18, O. G. Daly '17, E. S. Emery '16, R. J. Gray '18, F. R. Hulme '18, J. M. Jennings '16, H. J. Kelleher '18, V. B. Kellett '18, A. J. Krachmalnikoff '16, P. C. Lewis '17, L. Maclachlan '18, S. J. Mantel '17, D. Moffat '16, R. H. Norris, Jr., '17, F. G. C. O'Neill '16 S. A. Robinson '16, J. P. Thurber '17, C. L. Ward '17, R. T. Whistler '16, and G. G. Whytlaw '18.
