Professor E. L. Morgan to Speak

Pofessor E. L. Morgan of the Massachusetts State Agricultural College will lecture on "Community Planning as it is being applied in Rural Massachusetts" in Emerson J this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Professor Morgan is in charge of the Community Organization Department of the Extension Service of the State College, and has been very active along these lines. The lecture this afternoon will be under the auspices of the Department of Social Ethics and will be open to the public.
