Mr. Joseph E. Davies, Commissioner of Corporations in the Department of Commerce at Washington, will give a lecture in Emerson A this evening at 8 o'clock on "The Federal Trade Commission Act." This lecture, which is under the auspices of the Graduate School of Business Administration, will be open to all members of the University.
