FIFTH FORUM TO BE ON MILITARY CAMPS

Topic Which Has Caused Wide Discussion Will be Argued in Union on Friday Night.

The fifth, and probably the last, University Forum will be held in the Dining Room of the Union next Friday evening at 8 o'clock. The subject will be "Resolved, That the Forum approves the participation of Harvard men in summer military camps.' This is a topic which has caused much discussion in the University during the past month, and upon which many communications have been received. It is expected that a large number of men will attend and that the debate will be hardly contested by both sides.

This is the first Forum to be held under the new constitution. The second Forum of the year, on the armament question, and the fourth, on beer, resulted in ties; and the third, on President Wilson's administration resulted in a victory for his supporters.
