DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
The second of the series of three conferences inaugurated by the Law School Society of Phillips Brooks House for the benefit of those undergraduates who are contemplating entering the Law School will be held in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House this evening at 8 o'clock.
Mr. Arthur D. Hill, of Barlow, Hill, and Homans, former district attorney of Suffolk County, will speak on "The Making of a Lawyer." At the first conference Dean Thayer and Professor W. B. Munro spoke on Law as a Preparation for men intending to enter Public Life." Tonight Mr. Hill, a prominent practising lawyer, will explain the actual work and demands of the profession. At the third meeting a member of the Faculty will outline the course of studies constituting the best preparation for work in the Law School. E. D. Smith 2L. will preside.
Members of the Board of Advisers of the Law School will be present to discuss any questions with regard to the School. It is hoped that all undergraduates interested in law or politics will take advantage of this meeting.
