LEAGUE OPPOSES MILITARISM

COLLEGE PACIFISTS ORGANIZE TO WORK FOR DECREASE OF ARMAMENTS.

The collegiate Anti-Militarism League was founded at a recent meeting in New York attended by representatives from nearly all the large eastern universities. The purpose of the League is to oppose all increases in the military strength of this country at the present time. The League plans to carry on its campaign through speakers and tracts.

The following were elected officers of the League: Karl G Karsten of Columbia, President; Arthur Fisher '15, vice president; John Temple Graves, Jr., of Princeton, secretary; and A. L. Tracktenberg, of Yale treasurer.
