The first of the course of lectures to be given during the second semester by Professor Charles Jean de la Vallee Poussin of the University of Louvain will be delivered in Sever 24 on Tuesday, February 16, at 3 o'clock. There will be two or possibly three lectures a week, and they will be delivered in French. Supplementary lectures and explanations in English will be given by Dr. Dunham Jackson '08, Instructor in Mathematics.
