The second hockey team defeated Milton Academy by the score of 5 goals to 2 in a game at Milton yesterday. The University representatives forced the playing most of the time keeping the puck in their opponent's territory during a large part of the game. At the end of the first half the score stood 2 to 1 in favor of the second team, but in the early part of the second period Milton succeeded in scoring, making it a tie. The second team rallied, however, and soon secured a lead, following it with two more goals before the whistle blew.
H. P. Trainer and Captain Townsend starred for the second team. For Milton, Humphrey and Trainer did the best playing.
