Open Meeting of Diplomatic Club:

The Diplomatic Club has thrown open its meeting of tonight to all members of the University, and two speakers of note have been secured. Mr. Phillip Brown, professor of International Law at Princeton will speak on "The Turkish Capitulations," and Dr. Hamilton Wright, the chairman of the American Committee at the International Opium Conference, will talk of the work of that conference in getting practically all the nations to make uniform restriction of the opium traffic. The meeting will be at a dinner to be held in the north to were of Memorial Hall at 6.30 o'clock, and those intending to attend should notify B. H. Knollenberg 2L., Gore C33, some time before 6 o'clock. The charge will be 65 cents a plate.

Tomorrow is the last day for handing in plays for the Dramatic Club competition.
