Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
About 100 candidates for the University crew reported at the Newell boathouse yesterday afternoon. Captain H. A. Murray, Jr., '15, addressed the men, outlining the season's work and emphasizing the necessity for absolute confidence and co-operation among all candidates. Dr. E. L. Young, Jr., '06, spoke on training rules. Preliminary work, consisting of work on the machines and daily two-mile cross-country jogs will last until the river is open.
Sixteen men were retained on the University squad, first and second boats being formed. The remaining men were divided into class crews. The orders of the two University boats and the first boats of each class were as follows:
University crew.--Stroke, Lund; 7, Cabot; 6, Parson; 5, J. W. Middendorf; 4, Harwood; 3, Stebbins; 2, Morgan; bow, Murray, captain; cox., Kreger.
University second.--Stroke, Brown; 7, Richardson; 6, Ely; 5, Soucy, captain; 4, H. S. Middendorf; 3, Jeffries; 2, Talcott; bow, Busk; cox., Cameron.
Senior class crew.--Stroke, Graham; 7, Schroeder; 6, Fisher; 5, Wilkinson, captain; 4, Reynolds; 3, Bassett; 2, Hoyt; bow, Hutchins.
Junior class crew. -- Stroke, Chichester; 7, Foster; 6, French; 5, Volkmann; 4, Nichols; 3, Buffum; 2, Graham; bow, Whitmarsh.
Sophomore class crew. -- Stroke, White, captain; 7, Potter; 6, Culbert; 5, Whittemore; 4, Ingalls; 3, Clark; 2, Phillips; bow, Darling.
Freshmen Candidates Called Out.
All candidates for the Freshman crew are requested to report, dressed to row, at the Newell Boathouse this afternoon at 4 o'clock. At that time, the work of the coming season will be fully outlined, and regular work will begin. No experience is necessary.
