Chairmen of boxes for the Junior Dance should see P. Lowry '16, 24 Holyoke street, this afternoon between 4 and 6 o'clock in regard to arranging their boxes and moving furniture to the Union. This will be the only chance to learn the Dance Committee's rules, which every chairman must observe.
Tomorrow and Wednesday afternoons between the hours of 5 and 6 o'clock, the invitation committee will hold office hours in the Secretary's Room of the Union to distribute dance orders and tickets to the Union for the night of the Dance. All Juniors who have applied for invitations should call at this time to obtain cards and tickets. No one will be admitted to the Union Friday night without these admission tickets.
The invitations were mailed to ladies last week.
Several who applied for invitations have not yet joined the Union. These cannot obtain tickets to the Union until they show membership cards to the committee. Unless they join the Union before tomorrow afternoon, they will be refused admission.
All Juniors are requested to attend to these matters promptly in order to avoid an eleventh hour rush and subsequent confusion.
Tickets to the Hasty Pudding tea, to be held on the afternoon of the Dance, may be secured from any member of the Committee or at the door of the Hasty Pudding Club on Friday afternoon.
