Swimmers Begin Work at Y.M.C.A.

All candidates for the University and Freshman swimming teams should report at the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. tank today at the following hours: Dash men, between 2.30 and 4, or 7 and 8 o'clock; plungers and divers, between 4.30 and 5.30, or 8 and 8.30 o'clock. There is a good nucleus from which to build up a strong team this year, as eight men from last season's University team return as well as five promising swimmers from last year's strong Freshman team, which won six out of its eight meets, are available. A record number of candidates should report, as those that make the team will be taken on trips to Worcester, Springfield, Andover, Princeton, New Haven, and New York.
