PIERIAN SODALITY GIVES FIRST CONCERT OF YEAR

The Pierian Sodality orchestra will give its first concert of the year, under the auspices of the Worcester County Mechanics Association, in Mechanics Hall Building, Worcester, this evening at 8 o'clock. This will be the largest preliminary concert undertaken for years by the Sodality, and the orchestra will be led by Modeste Aloo, of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. W. H. Roope '16 will sing and G. P. Slade '17 will be the accompanist.

The program follows: Egmont Overture,  Beethoven Symphony in D,.  Bach Orchestra Selections W. H. Roope '16 English Dances Prelude "Oedipus Tyrannus,"  Paine Valse Triste  Sibilcus Orchestra Selections W. H. Roope '16 Hungarian March,  Berlioz Orchestra
