Change in Enrollment Agreement

The Student Council Committee on Military Affairs has decided to omit the following section of the tentative enrollment agreement: "I shall endeavor, to the best of my ability, to attend, and will encourage others to attend, the camps of military instruction to be held during the summer of 1916." This has been done because the great number of hostile criticisms seemed to indicate that the consensus of opinion in the University is against this provision.
