The following seats need white handkerchiefs:
Section 4 Rows 5-10, seats 23-28; rows 11-13, seats 23-32; rows 14-18, seats 23-28.
Section 5. Rows 5-10, seats 5-10; rows 11-13, seats 1-10; rows 14-18, seats 5-10. All others in section 4, rows 1-24, seats 17-32, and section 5, rows 1-24, seats 1-16 must have red handkerchiefs.
