Time trials were held at Belmont yesterday and the following men were selected for the University cross-country team to go to New Haven for Saturday's contest: R. W. Babcock '17, G. R. Bancroft '17, H. R. Bechtel '17, R. S. Cook '17, R. H. Davison '17, K. E. Fuller '16, G. A. King '18, C. J. North '17, R. T. Twitchell '16 (captain), W. P. Whitehouse '17, and H. L. M. Cole '16 (substitute).

A consolation cross-country race will be held today for all runners not going to New Haven. A cup is offered for the winner. The race is scheduled for 3.45 o'clock and will start promptly Members of the Freshman cross-country team will not be eligible to compete.
