Last night meetings were held in each of the Freshman dormitories to organize the House Committees.
In Gore Hall H. C. Flower was elected temporary chairman. The following were then nominated for House Committee: R. B. Bishop, 2d, W. Dexter, C. O. Flynn, C. F. Guild, F. O. Kendall, P. B. Lange, R Little, W. H. Mitchell, Q. Roosevelt, and A. Thorndike, Jr. R. C. Clement, H. C. Flower and A. W. Greenough are the nominations for Gore by the Student Council.
In Standish Hall K. E. Fuller was elected temporary chairman and the following nominations were made: E. L. Casey, R. Cobb, O. F. Flynn, C. F. Fuller, H. Fiske, Jr., J. H. P. Howard, R. H. Kissel, R E. Jackson, J. L. Leighton, W. Platt, W. B. Stevens, R. W. Stwart, B. E. Wells. A. Perkins, E. W. Pervere, M. Phinney were nominated by the Student Council for the Standish House Committee.
In Smith Halls no additional nominations were made to those nominated by the Student Council: W. B. Felton, S. R. Dunham, Jr., and C. D. Murray.
Additional nominations may be made by handing in a petition with fifteen names from the nominee's dormitory to the temporary chairman of Standish and Gore, and to W. C. Greene, proctor, Persis Smith A 13, for Smith Halls.
The elections will take place next Tuesday.
