The Socialist Club will hold the first in a series of joint meetings with the Radcliffe organization at 4.30 o'clock next Monday afternoon in Agassiz House. These joint meetings will take place at regular intervals and are for the purpose of acquainting members of the University and Radcliffe with Socialistic doctrines.
The speaker next Monday afternoon will be Mrs. Florence Kelley, author of "Some Ethical Gains Through Legislation." Mrs. Kelley is at present a resident of the Henry street settlement of New York and she is also secretary of the National Consumers' League which has done so mush in the past year for the establishment of open markets. At times in her career as a social worker she has been a lawyer and a factory inspector in the middle West and New York.
All members of the University are invited to be present and if the attendance at this first meeting is large many other prominent speakers may be obtained for the other meetings in the series.
