WOMEN'S LAW SCHOOL SUCCESSFUL

The Cambridge Law School for Women is now in its first year of existence. The school has been organized by Professor J. H. Beale '82, of the University Law School, to satisfy a demand for legal training which has been felt for several years by graduate students of Radcliffe and other women's colleges. The present school aims to provide the best legal training possible to women students. Radcliffe College has provided rooms for the School, and granted the use of its library. The School itself has already 5,000 volumes of its own.

The courses in the School are given by Professors in the Law School, and graduate students of the Law School. There are nine students in the School this year, which, like the Law School, requires a college degree for admission. A law club, on the model of the Law School clubs has already been formed.
